The SALTO SEE Contact Points Network gathered on April 11th, 2025, in Durrës, bringing together representatives from all six Contact Points in the Western Balkans and the SALTO South East Europe Resource Centre. This year’s meeting focused on reflecting on the region’s journey, understanding the current landscape, and laying the foundation for a future strategy.
Key achievements of SALTO SEE and the Contact Points Network in 2024 were discussed, followed by an exchange on how the network has evolved over the past 20 years. An analysis of current stakeholders and trends in the region was presented, and together, participants identified key strengths, challenges, and opportunities in promoting Erasmus+ in the field of youth and the European Solidarity Corps.
A significant part of the meeting was dedicated to shaping the strategic vision of the Network.
The gathering concluded with defining the next steps in the strategic planning of the Network’s work until 2027.
