How to apply the four common programme priorities of the Erasmus+ Programme and the European Solidarity Corps in a meaningful and impactful way?
The four common permanent priorities of the Erasmus+ Programme and the European Solidarity Corps β 1.) inclusion and diversity, 2.) digital transformation, 3.) environment and fight against climate change, and 4.) participation in democratic life, common values and civic engagement β connect with the key societal issues relevant to the lives of young people across Europe. Project proposals within the two programmes are expected to address these priority areas and integrate them meaningfully and impactfully into the project design and implementation.
The priorities are broad, which can lead to very different interpretations of what they mean in the context of a specific project and how they can be approached in practice.
The regional workshop gathers organisations from the Western Balkan region taking part or interested in taking part in the Erasmus+ and / or European Solidarity Corps. The aim is to equip the beneficiaries or potential beneficiaries of the programmes (applicants and partners) to improve the quality and impact of their project proposals and the implementation of ongoing or forthcoming projects.
The workshop will provide an opportunity to:
- discover how the four common programme priorities connect with the realities and interests of todayβs young people;
- raise the awareness of the values and interconnections behind the priorities;
- explore the ways to address the priorities in a meaningful and impactful way as topics, approaches, and methods throughout the project cycle;
- showcase good practices of meaningful and impactful application of the priorities in real Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps projects.
The workshop will be carried out by two facilitators: Ana Mullanji and Maja Drobne, who both have a variety of experiences in carrying out Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps projects and other related activities in the field of youth and non-formal education.
The selection of participants will be done in close cooperation with the SALTO SEE Contact Points in the Western Balkan countries.
