In the Western Balkans, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo* and Montenegro belong to the group of Third countries not associated to the Programme (previously called Partner countries) and Serbia and North Macedonia are Third countries associated to the Programme (previously called Programme countries).
All Erasmus+ projects are submitted online. No paper, no postage costs, no waiting in the post office line on the last day of the deadline. The application processes for Erasmus+ vary depending on which strand of funding you are applying for and whether the funding opportunity is managed by the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) or National Agencies. If you apply from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo* or Montenegro, you can apply only to the EACEA. If you apply from Serbia or North Macedonia, you can apply to both the EACEA and your National Agency. Getting into the European Solidarity Corps programme requires some time and effort from the side of the applicant organisation and SALTO SEE. In order to save our, but most of all your time, we would ask you to make a simple check before applying for the QL. If you fulfil three of the five pre-conditions below, you are welcome to start your preparation process and hope for a successful outcome!
